Small rewards can be the most satisfying
Yesterday morning, walking the dogs at dawn, I found a mobile phone on the track. Brought it home, found a message from on it from 'Mum' and rang the number. Shortly afterwards, a young girl arrived to pick it up bearing a small box of chocolates. That made my day.

A while back I found a Thumb drive, also while walking the dogs. The files showed it was a boy's year 12 school work, so I found a name, used the phone book and tracked his family down. Afterwards, a hand-written note appeared in my mail box, on beautiful paper and envelope. Ehhh, kids these days.......

3. There's hope -
those two episodes are good enough to get me through at least the coming week.

Keep walking those dogs, my dear. Apparently you're on a fine path............................
