Can either honors or criminal convictions be 'bestowed' upon someone post humously? |

Is the stealing of a federal election the equivalent of treason? Should the winners of any political assasination go forever unchallenged?
Some people knew how to make a lot of money out of past national tragedies. All I want to know is... HOW DID THEY KNOW AND WHEN DID THEY KNOW IT?
