Remember how much the rule of law meant to the Rethugs in the Terri Schiavo case? |
|
Back when they thought they could use a brain dead woman and her family to make some political hay by disagreeing with the judges in every ruling in that case?
These phony fucks make me sick.

2. to them, the law is nothing but a weapon to be used by the powerful against the powerless |
|
republicans cite the rule of law only when it serves their purposes.
ask them and they'll tell you it's up to the democrats to cite the rule of law if and when it suits the democrats.
and then, of course, they populate the federal judiciary who rule with an obvious right-wing bias so that they can diguise their political views as legal ones.
