This is the first opportunity I've had to visit DU today. What happened?

5. The first one was shouting something like...

..."What about the un-born???" His words did not come across on the live broadcast, but later, they replayed it and deciphered what he had said.

I know nothing about the 2nd one.

4. Capitol Police identified the protester as Robert James, from Virginia.

Security quickly took him out. Sotomayor turned her head briefly toward her family and friends seated in the front row as the man was taken away and his shouts faded.

The episode prompted a warning by committee chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy that no displays for or against the nominee would be tolerated from observers. But it happened again in early afternoon, when another man at the rear shouted "Abortion is murder. Defend life," interrupting a statement by Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill.

The protester added a few words in Spanish before he was hustled outside by Capitol police officers.

9. The second one had long hair pulled back. Didn't fit the stereotype for

an anti-choice with the long hair. The first one interrupted Sen. Feinstein, the second Sen. Durbin. I got the impression that they were speaking out against the Senators more than Sotomayor. It was only a feeling. Feinstein is not really known as a staunch pro-choice - is she?

If anyone knows what the second one said - please post.
