Wow. Why? For a potential political thread long way down the road? Seems a stretch to me.

the media frenzy over Jackson?

I mean, besides the Cheney death squad story....

Judge Revokes Lay's Conviction
Ruling Rankles Enron Workers, Investors

By Carrie Johnson
Washington Post Staff Writer
Wednesday, October 18, 2006; Page D01

"A federal judge in Houston yesterday wiped away the fraud and conspiracy conviction of Kenneth L. Lay, the Enron Corp. founder who died of heart disease in July, bowing to decades of legal precedent but frustrating government attempts to seize nearly $44 million from his family."

... anyone who finds this scenario far-fetched (I'm not suggesting it's true, just conceivable) should consider the United States Federal Witness Protection Program. High-level witnesses disappear on a regular basis.

14. A few perhaps here...
Edited on Mon Jul-13-09 04:25 PM by cascadiance
Some of these are likely pushing it, but some should be looked at more closely...

David Kelly (if that's the British Doc you mean) - that would be the first choice to definitely check on.
Bruce Ivins - in the same category as David Kelly
Mike Connell - That plane crash also seems very suspicious...
Gary Webb - wrote a book on CIA drug trafficking (and later "committed suicide")
Benazir Bhutto - I might also look at her more too. The fact that she mentioned "Osama's death" in an interview not long before she was offed, and also was *rumored* to have been the go-between for nuclear secrets to North Korea also might make her a target.
Pat Tillman - likely the original death might have been an accident or personal act, but the coverup did seem suspicious, and did invoke "executive privilege" to keep details quiet.
Ken Lay - Though maybe this was him just getting another way of getting a "second life" sipping rum drinks on the beach in the Caymans...
Dennis Kucinich's two brothers - Do we know for sure that there that these were "natural deaths"? Dennis himself was the target of an assassination plot when he was a mayor at one point.
Daniel Pearl - rumor was that those who killed him were tied to Pakistan's ISI (and maybe the CIA?)
Those mysterious "deaths" of servicemen/pilots after that B-52 was found to be flying nukes over the U.S. potentially to the middle east in 2007 - http://911review.org/Reports/Minot-DEAD.html
Charles Dana Rice - "suicide" after Enron scandal...
James Daniel Watkins - "suicide" after Enron scandal (worked at Arthur Andersen)...

Some more "speculative" guesses that are likely not tied, but who knows...
- Cheney's people tied to Ergenekon "coup" plots and murders that are now on trial in Turkey? http://www.larouchepac.com/node/6647/pdf - though I take what I would get from Lyndon Larouche's site with a big grain of salt.
- Margie Schoedinger - Claimed that Bush raped her and later was found having "committed suicide" on a back page story in only a few papers... Might not have been Cheney's cup of tea getting involved in something that might have involved Bush like this though.
- DC Madam - once again, something Cheney's crowd might not have wanted to deal with...

the guy Cheney shot. The death squad had failed in their efforts, so Cheney had no choice but to try to take him out himself.

28. YES! You are absolutely right about Lemme.
God, I wish someone would break this one wide open. Lemme said he had all the goods and was about to blow this right out into the sunlight and the next day, the NEXT DAY, he is found dead, with his wrists cut, in the bathtub. Bruises all over him. And they said it was a suicide.

26. Like illegal wiretaps, we'll find out later that most of these happened in the US.
Cheney was carrying out the ultimate endpoint of Nixon's enemies list. I wonder if Obama will continue to "look forward" past this.

significant this is. This is the highest form of treason that you can commit.

They were still operating six months into Obama's term. Who else were they targeting?

... or proper accountability and investigations into crimes by this previous administration.

If they don't like us making Bush and Cheney a "suspect" of every suspicious death out there and in effect blaming them for it, then they DAMN WELL BETTER do some REAL investigation with criminal prosecutions so that it can be established what REALLY went on. But we the public will try them for every crime in our public arena of opinion if they don't. If they don't like it then...

TOUGH BEANS!!!

We're going to keep on speculating as long as we like!
