Think Tank Question?....... |
|
We from time to time hear about 'think tanks' and how they influence opinion. I really don't have a good feel for 'think tanks' but I would assume that we have 'Dem Think Tanks'; 'Repug Think Tanks' and quite possibly more 'Independent Think Tanks'. Is there a list anywhere a list of all the 'think tanks' and their political affiliations? I would like to see this list and then learn more about each. Any help would be appreciated.

3. Excellent starting point and each think-tank has some excellent points that should not be rejected |

just because of a label "Centrist" or "Conservative" or "Liberal/Progressive" or "Libertarian".
I hope many DUers will visit the various thing-tank sites and learn about different policy proposals for major problems that face our nation.

It's impressive how often Wiki has a good article on any given subject, and update them just as soon as there's breaking news on a given subject. Wiki, Snopes, and DU - that's about all I need.
