So.... "Somebody" told Leon Panetta "You need to know about this".

(I was just watching Ed). Panetta does the right thing and goes to Holder either directly or via the President. Practically overnight Holder is considering an investigation into the Cheney/CIA thing. Holder finally has the solid evidence he's been waiting for. This is what I think.

6. Leon Panetta was defiantly the best man for the job of CIA director

It was a demonstration of brilliance by President Obama to select Pannetta because he was the man that couldn't be bought.

Leon Panetta was probably one of the few people that Dick Cheney did not have anything to blackmail with. Now Cheney is going to jail, and Obama makes another stellar chess move.
