They were reporting on NBC Nightly News that it basically was an assassination group.

I'm not buying, that kind of stuff is bread and butter for the company, no need to keep it from the Director. Plus, that was already known to have been authorized by * shortly after 9/11.

it was called the OSS and they did the same thing. Barring red lines they are free to kill people who present a threat to the US at will. Like people who fund OBL and alQ. Those people are targets and should pretty much expect a response.
