Just thinking about how such programs could be used, what with Plausible Deniability being SOP in various circles, and TRILLIONS of $$$$ in Derivatives at stake, how about the Ultimate in Insider Information -> Information your business partners don't know that you have . . . ?

your purpose best, all you need is to have enough of what you need to know in order to decide how you play it (hand it over and play dumb, hand it over and own up to it, don't hand it over) DISTRIBUTED amongst a set of co - operatives whom you then contro, and who control you, by what you know about each other.
