Interesting graphs. I'm an accountant not a finance guy but this much debt in a time of economic stability suggest to me this house of cards can go tumbling down at anytime and one small error could result in another meltdown.

1. Actually, the actions of GS are raising red flags all over
Other players on Wall Street are asking the same question. Why does GS keep winning? I think the reason GS was willing to keep betting the house is because they have fixed the game. They can't lose. As far as they care why not?

2. The giant payouts to employees are a red flag to me
18 billion dollars to employees in a year most of it in bonuses....sounds to me like a company about to go broke and buying silence.
