10. After all the questioning, and witnesses, the Judiciary Committee will vote.

After her nomination is voted out of the committee, it will go to the full Senate, where some asshat will no doubt put a hold on her confirmation vote -- you just KNOW know some jackass will do that. But she has the votes and will likely be confirmed by the full Senate before the August recess.
