did have reason to ask for another test. Many tests are ethnically biased, without knowing the CT test at all.
No doubt at all the GOP is using a complicated case and issue to make Sotomayor as simplistically, wrongly, an affirmative action zealot. Which, if anything, she tries too hard to avoid appearing.
I hope Ddems can make the argument that Ricci does file lawsuits, without having to seem mean ro that they're re-litigating.
