A legal rider like this should be included IN the final bill.

4. I think those that can't vote for a public option have a moral obligation to opt out
of their taxpayer paid health insurance. Everyone of them should be asked to go on record as to whether they will do this.

Hey, I'm throwing this out there because there are too many bad actors out there on this issue and some are calling themselves Democrats. They deserve every warning we give them now.
