I just realized in all the discussions on DU and on both Keith and Rachel, I haven't heard bush's name mentioned at all. Was he oblivious and kept purposefully in the dark or did he have some involvement?
If this ends up being the issue that finally nails Cheney in terms of legal action, I want bush nailed as well.
