18 Mailers This Month From CIGNA

My work provides heath insurance with CIGNA. Well today in the mailbox the 18th promotional mailer came telling me about a new online feature they will start offering in August...AGAIN this is the 18th for this month alone,last month I believe it was 15 each describing something new they are offering or the same ole information over and over....most of these are not just legal size mailers they are high gloss in 9x6 glossy envelopes so they must cost more.

I just wonder how much they could save you and I if they would condense all the news into one or two mailings.


Seems like an abuse of my $$$ if you know what I mean.

1. Interesting information

I helped Nationwide implement a third party package called DocuMerge that pretty much did just that. Being unemployed, I think I will contact Cigna and see if they might need someone to help them do what you suggest.

2. we have CIGNA also. haven't noticed any mailers here. just bills...

from ultrasounds. got one from the hospital where I had it done, and then I got one today from someone else... I am going to cry if the 2 ultrasounds I had are going to cost me over $100.

We haven't gotten any mail from them. You may be in a test market.
