Is Daniel Schorr now the last of the true, great, courageous journalists? |
|
My heart is breaking with the news (inevitable as it was) of Walter Cronkite's passing. Also at age 92 is Daniel Schorr. We are truly at the end of that golden age of real news reporting.

9. Is it still OK to talk about her, even after she took Obama to the woodshed? |

12. That's why, as with Cronkite, we can trust her. She doesn't play favorites. |

and, I'm sure there are more, just can't think of their names right now (long day of mudding grandbaby's nursery). Perhaps, not exactly Walter Cronkite, but great reporters in their own right. I just don't think most in today's society are interested in that type of real news. They want celebrity info/gossip, car chases, etc.
