Thank you very much to whoever you are. This definitely makes me feel like a part of the DU community. I will do my best to pay back what I feel is a debt in the future when I can, both with spare change and posts.

6. My current star was given to me

It came at a time when such a small thing meant a very lot to me. I'd lost my job due to cut backs and also lost pretty much everything I owned due to a fire. I don't know who gave it to me or why (at the time, I had posted none of my misfortunes) but it was very much appreciated.

Never thought to look at star status, but I'm glad someone did and helped. This gives you access to more DU forums and functions. Explore them for whatever value they might give.
