1. That would depend on WHY it doesn't pass... |
|
How does one assign blame for something that hasn't even happened yet???

2. which plan? the one that mandates we pay insurance or get fined? |

Flaw in the plan itself- it started from the perspective of "How much of a handout for the insurance companies and how much of a new bubble can we create, then how can we sell that as a miracle to the little people?"

10. It's true, unfortunately |
|
After perhaps the worst and most choreographed crash imaginable, they're setting up a insurance/health care bubble and even a carbon credit market to scam.
This system is horrible.

13. Just bail them out now. Kick up the vig, and get the inevitable single payer |
|
Speed this process up I say.

IMHO there isn't anything under copnsideration that iw worthy of being passed into law.
The current alternatives being considered are a clusterfuck which will leave million uninsured and in worse shape than they already are. But I guess it will ease a few consciences.....

6. "We Have Met The Enemy and They is Us" |

We vote for these fuckers - we get what we deserve.
Until the Left is willing to vote for a third party, our elected Democrats will move far Right because they know that we have to vote for them,

8. Most of this is correct . . . but we can't depend on e-mails and telephone calls .. .... |
|
WTF . . .
WHY AREN'T LABOR UNIONS -- WHAT'S LEFT OF THEM -- AND WOMEN'S GROUPS --
CALLING FOR DEMONSTRATIONS ... ORGANIZING THEM?
IN FACT, SHOULDN'T DEMOCRATS BE ORGANIZING US INTO DEMONSTRATIONS?????
DO WE THINK THE GOP MIGHT NOT BE ORGANIZING THE FREEPERS ---???????????????????

11. The usual suspects: The corporate fellating whores known as the DLC |
|
and the BlueBalled Cowards.
It only becomes Obama's fault if they pass a SHIT bill, and he signs it.
