How do I post pictures
Without switching back and forth from Photobucket to DU. And is there a size and number limit.

1. I don't think there is a size and number limit
I always use Photobucket so I can't answer that

2. You need a photo hosting site to post pics...
Photobucket works wonderfully. There is no real size limit, and there are no limits to how many you can post...

With large pics, or lots of them, a warning for dial-up users is appropriate and appreciated.

Let's see what you've got!

:hi:

3. I'm not sure what you mean by
'switching back and forth from Photobucket to DU'

All you need is to copy and paste the URL (found in properties) from Photobucket.

7. Each pic has its own link
Right click on the image, then click on properties (at the bottom). The first thing you see should be "Location". Copy everything in the line after the word "Location" (sometimes it can be very long) and past it to DU. You will have to do it for each pic because the location is different for each.

12. That's a temp cookie issue. Use one browser tab for DU, another tab for dealing with the image.

4. Just paste a direct link to the picture...
like this, without the space after the 'h'.

h ttp://img111.imageshack.us/img111/3639/melokitteh.jpg

If the pic is on the web, usually rightclick --> copy image location works just fine. Sometimes DU software screws up long image links though, and you have to host the image yourself.

I use imageshack for hosting the photos. The "workflow" of getting (webpage pic --> cmoputer --> imageshack --> link) takes me about 1 minute, in the worst case. The process is similar for screenshots.

6. Listen to BlooInBloo -- he was recently banned from PETA db for posting pics of roasted meat.
It was a delicious irony.
