The grownups of the news business are all gone now
Cronkite, Chancellor, Huntley, Brinkley, Howard K. Smith.

Old experienced hands; a little gray hair on the temples.

We need to go back to that era.

1. I really miss seeing the news.
The celebrity and false-celibrity reportage passing for news these days makes me feel the same way I felt when I ate far too much cotton candy.
