George W. Bush was President, responsibility must extend to him.

2. The Bush family are the oligarchy.
Jailing any member of that family will be impossible; Cheney will be the fall guy.

7. Before Cheney Becomes The Fall Guy I Think.......
he will get very sick and we'll be told that he can't make any appearances in any investigation. He really won't be very sick - but that's what we'll be told. I don't think that they will ever bring him in front of any investigative panel and if he does wind up having to appear - he will lie his ass off.

3. Perhaps Bush was insulated.
It wasn't really important to tell the pResident much in those days. He simply wasn't paying attention. Maybe he's only guilty of dereliction of duty.

4. I don't know - if you are responsible for a building and the building burns down
You dont' get off just because you weren't the arsonist.

6. Yea, but Cheney may have taken a lesson from Nixon.
The question that brought down that presidency was, "What did he know and when did he know it?"

5. Keep two things in mind - they both acted on behalf of the barons. No one talks about
the barons.

Barons = goals, objectives, agenda

Cheney = their man along with the entire team of vast right wing batallions of operatives

Bush = the front man who got his revenge in certain situations, partly in payment of being the front man, partly to mollify him. His signature was essential. Given the psychological signals we have received about him - it appears that the team was perfect except that their was no respect except from the variou lemmings.

Of course, the plan involved stealing money from wherever to avoid being funded by Congress while paying off many of the Congresspeople for their loyalty to the cause, including Democrats. It is probably a given that the barons did not provide funding - part of the plan - why not let us go without. Done to us and paid by us.
