Whenever I see or hear some of the idiotic things that some people like Pat Buchanan said last week I think of the classic "moran" photo. I was not intending to besmirch Jim Moran who is a good man.

Remember how Buchanan was talking about white men writing the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence?

Rachel could have countered with: "True, but when it actually came time to shed blood in defense of liberty and human rights, who was the first to do so on America's behalf? Crispus Attucks, first man killed by British troops in the Boston Massacre. Did I mention that Mr. Attucks was black?"
