My company's plan, operated by a provider that shall remain nameless (but might be a five-letter word that begins and ends with "A"), had been a decent one, but every few months they seem to add a new rule or fee to make it suck more. They've instituted this annual physical requirement (they send a mobile clinic right to the office), supposedly with the goal of helping improve everyone's health stats. (The actual goal being to kick more people off the plan.)
