Democrats in Congress are Giving Up the BIPARTISANSHIP (Just on Big Ed Show)

Just now, Big Ed was asking Senator Harkin if the Democrats and Obama realized that the Republicans aren't going to play ball on Healthcare Reform and if it was time to fish or cut-bait on trying to reach out.

Senator Harkin, in as many words agreed, qualifying that there is a time and place for everything, but he acknowledged they are going to get 0 support.

I believe this is why Obama has gone to the front line on this and is taking over. It's also confirmed with the Democrats leaking of statements from the GOP playbook such as "We will break him <Obama>" and this will be "his Waterloo".

Harkin said, Obama is a nice guy, but he's also very tough and he's about to show it.
