Midday police chase of naked man in Hull

HULL —

A naked man found sleeping in a woman’s house on T Street, jumped out a window and made a run for it when the homeowner returned and called for help, police said.

Officers with a police dog caught up to James Charubini, 27, of 691 Nantasket Ave., after a short chase in which he scaled a fence and fell onto the windshield of a parked car, police said.

The woman told police that she knows Charubini but that he wasn’t supposed to be in her home, or her bed. But that’s where she found him about noon Tuesday after she returned home, police said.

Charubini was charged with breaking and entering, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. He was also wanted on warrants out of Natick District Court on charges of prostitution and driving after his license had been suspended, police said.
