It's more like government bureaucrats will be protecting your tax dollars from doctors
Just like insurance bureaucrats protect premium dollars from doctors right now.

Can you imagine if there was no one to protect the money from the doctors? "OK, you need a MRI, an ekg, I'm going to run 30 blood tests on you, 20 xrays . . ." "But doctor, I just have a cold, is all that necessary?" "Why you son of a bitch! You're try to TELL ME HOW TO PRACTICE MEDICINE!! I'm not going to stand for that!"
