The Naked Cowboy is running for Mayor of New York!
David Schuster and Tamron Hall just interviewed him on MSNBC. He is more informed and coherent than most politicians. Has a political science degree and defines himself as "socially progressive but fiscally conservative."

No link for that interview since the interview just got over. But here is an article:

14. Quality of life has declined precipitously. Crowded neighborhoods,
spottier mass transit, shittier schools. He is a disaster.

21. The rest is worse than it was before he took office.
Unchecked development has DESTROYED the quality of life in many of the neigborhoods. He is NOT getting my vote.

24. Bloomberg contributed 600 grand to the NYS republican campaign committee.
Edited on Wed Jul-22-09 04:31 PM by Smarmie Doofus
To keep the state senate in republican hands.

How much did the cowboy contribute?

13. Technically, Bloomberg should be disqualified from running. There are supposed to be term limits.
But he overrode them because he felt like it, even though this was a voter-approved term limit law.

16. is that saying much?
sounds like the kind of guy who would vote NO on nearly every health care initiative Obama's putting out right now ...

Not that that would be in his voting powers ...

10. I think Tamron was embarrassed to see as much as she did during the interview
I got the feeling that someone set it up for Tamron to do the interview and she made Schuster stand there with her. And yes, they all stood while the cameras took shots from all angles.

I've got to say at least the guy is buff, unlike the Tallahassee Bikini Bicyclist. http://www.tampabay.com/features/humaninterest/article1019825.ece

8.  I just saw him this morning in Secaucus. He's a wingnut.
I believe he lives down the block from one of my clients (or his family does). He was out in his tighty whities as usual. It occurred to me that he stays naked 24/7. That's a lesson in branding!

19. Wow. I hope he wiped himself; people are staring and taking photographs of it...
Of course, wiping one's nether regions with the flag... doesn't that violate a law or something? About having it soiled...?
