The Electronic Frontier Foundation, an advocacy group working to protect civil rights in the digital age, has launched a lawsuit against the CIA and several other federal agencies after they refused to hand over information about “potential misconduct” by the CIA in recent years.

The EFF wants the federal government to hand over any reports made to the Intelligence Oversight Board about CIA activities that may have broken the law or stepped outside Presidential directives.
