...there sure are a heckuva lot of people on here who love them some Joe and Mika. If that's not the case why do we have so many people on here who breathlessly wait on and update us on their every word?

cause I can't imagine what the perpetual complainers of the show on DU would do with that free time.

I have noticed that the complaints have been less this week. I don't know if that's because Joe has actually taken away some bitching points by calling the birthers "paranoid freaks" and showing some understanding for how Gates reacted to his situation.

It sure as hell can't be that they uniformly decided to stop watching the program.

23. It's a weird phenomenon...

..the same thing happened when Imus was on the air. I don't know if people on DU just reflexively cannot change the channel from MSNBC, if their remotes are lost and they need to keep it tuned their for Keith or Rachel or what the heck it is. But even when Imus was on in the morning it was the same thing. People would watch, feel the need to post about every single stupid utterance, and then complain about said utterances.

Never let it be said that the other side has a monopoly on irrational behavior, when "Change the channel" or "Don't watch the show" become unfathomable concepts to people.

The two of them together are unbearable. It feels like I'm watching entertainment hosts, not news hosts.

They have a tedious frenemies and girl rivalry thing going on, with Francis having a particular need to needle Brewer. Francis is pretty insufferable, period: smug and self-satisfied, and with the supply side views to go with it. Wouldn't be surprised if she ended up at Fox.

She has a positive personality, but I've seen her take on some people. One guy was trying to talk about something in Chicago, and she pwned him. She worked there for years, and she knew what she was talking about. Tamron let him have it.
