This seems to be the Christian explanation for why they think those who aren't insured shouldn't be insured...and why THEY shouldn't pay for it. You know same if bad things happen to people then it's God's will and they deserve it.
On EDIT: I don't mean the "Christian" ruling class. the use of Christianity is just the front for ruling class...thanks Hannah.
These are the worst of the worst. They've hijacked the Christian religion to commit their atrocities. Same as Muslim terrorists. These are home-grown American Christian Terrorists.

7. Well, they can pass an amendment excluding right-wing Christians |
|
from national health care coverage...after all, their "faith" depends on faith healing. Let Benny Hinn minister to them.

11. Is this Calvinist thinking? Or Lutheran? |
|
All protestants look alike to me but I know it ain't so.
Dredging it up, but which group believed that people were born rich because God knew they were saved and people were born poor because God knew they were damned so it didn't matter what you did, it was already decided?

I find it interesting that some sects predict only 144,000 people getting into heaven.

13. Please don't paint all of us with the same brush. There |
|
are plenty of us Christians who firmly believe in the worth and dignity of all lives regardless of money, who do not equate the moral worth of an individual with the size of their wallets and who believe in Christ's commands to care for each other, a part of the gospels that the RW seems to have totally ignored and/or forgotten. Much of the gospels are actually quite socialistic in many ways.

14. I agree that Jesus of Nazareth was a socialist...I also stated in the OP |
|
that I wasn't talking about "all" only the ones who've hijacked the Christian religion.
