MARCO ISLAND: A doctor was arrested Monday for allegedly offering medical services in exchange for sex.

Police say Naples resident Andrew Guidry, 46, is charged with Solicitation of Prostitution, a misdemeanor.

The 24-year-old victim told Marco Island Police she visited Guidry's office earlier this year and he tried to remove her bra, fondle her breasts and remove her pants.

Then when she went to his office in July, she told police he offered to trade medical services for sex.

Police set up a recorded call between the two.

In a conversation on July 10th, police say Guidry offered medical care in exchange for sex.

Sometimes actions can be misinterpreted... maybe she thought she might have misinterpreted his actions. I've been in that position myself.
