Birther Soldier’s Newest Lawsuit: Dismissed
By David Weigel 7/23/09 1:51 PM

Elaine Silvestrini reports that Maj. Stefan F. Cook’s request for a Florida court to force Simtech into giving him his old job back has been dismissed, because (surprise!) lawyer Orly Taitz filed it incorrectly.

1. How come the reich-wing isn't cheering for The Taliban to kill HIM?
Edited on Thu Jul-23-09 06:53 PM by Ian David
Edited due to typo and mis-remembering.

5. ??
The r/w wants AQ or the Taliban to kill the POW in Afghanistan.

I don't know about any death threats concerning this guy.

8. Exactly. It's a double-standard. They're BOTH (alleged) deserters.
Yet the reich-wing rallies behind THIS douchebag, and calls for The Taliban to kill the captured U.S. soldier.

4. That may be the basis for the incorrect filing.

6. Orly is not admitted
The case was filed pro se. Orly is not admitted to Florida. The petition was clearly written by Taitz and she is no doubt responsible for the legal malpractice here.

12. Here is the link to the article on the dismissal - the comments are significant

At the end of the article. The Tamp Bay area is very conservative with a LOT of military and this guy has pissed them off.

14. How's he going to get his job back?
I thought he lost his clearance. He wants Simtech to illegally give him access to classified information?
