by Oklahoma Police last week wasn't caught on tape, the cop would not have been suspended and the driver would've probably been arrested or worse.
But what about all the incidents involving regular everyday folks? What about all the times a cell phone video wasn't made. I can't even think about it.

what the officer had done, then he would get away with it. it's ridiculous!! all the way back to rodney king and all the videos that have surfaced since then showing how people get treated by the police. And it's your word against the cop... and the cop knows that. Something needs to be done, but I am not sure what that something is. Apparently just sensitivity training isn't enough.
