It's about a company that sells services to private insurers to help them deal with their insurance patients that cost them the most money. It is about one company that leaches off of another company that is a leach.

I put it out their as satire - kind of video 'Onionish' 'Daly Show' humor. But you got to watch both videos to get the real message.
