Harry Potter's Radcliffe: "I just loathe homophobia"
You know what Daniel Radcliffe can't tolerate? Intolerance. Specifically, homphobia. He just really really hates it.

In a recent interview with Britian's "Attitude" magazine, the "Harry Potter" star opened up, saying,
"I just loathe homophobia. It’s just disgusting and animal and stupid and it’s just thick people who
can’t get their heads around it and are just scared.”

Daniel added that growing up around his parent's gay friends shaped his attitude, saying,
“I grew up around gay people entirely. I was the only child in my class who had any experience of
homosexuality or anything like that.”

7. Alan Rickman rocks.
He seems to do everything well. Probably my favorite movie with him is Galaxy Quest.

20. I agree and the DVD is probably the only one I have purchased.

One of my favorite deleted scenes is when they are in the advertising office and they pan to the posters on the wall and the people come to life.

It is a picture of two African women who appear to be very poor and you think that they are talking about getting some food or other related issue.

The charachters in the poster come to life and they are talking about their husbands and how bad they are at pleasing a woman in bed, etc.

It is funny and shows the real universality of mankind with the most central issue facing humanity from the begining, 'men are selfish lovers' lol.

14. Mine would be Snowcake
Not that anyone who doesn't have an autistic relative has ever seen it but it's an excellent film.

11. "I AM...THE METATRON."
"Mention that you're the Metatron and get a blank stare, but mention something out of a bloody Charlton Heston movie and suddenly everyone's a theologian! May I continue, please?!"

9. What an awesome young man.

I'm with him on this. I do not comprehend homophobia and I do not want to - anyone capable of having that much of a visceral **negative** reaction to erotic love between consenting adults....is not someone I would ever want to be around myself, much less my theoretical nonexistent children. It grosses me out, because it indicates something gone really profoundly rotten deep in the brain and the soul.

15. Goddammit Radcliffe!
I used to dismiss Harry Potter and everything associated with it, but since Radcliffe's admission of atheism, and now this gem, I can't help but have respect for him...

Dammit, I want my preconceptions to be reinforced, not undermined!
