8. The amount of free promotion that book got is so telling.

In this country, if you want to sell a lot of books, all you need to do is tell rich fascists what they want to hear. They'll buy it up in bulk and have their corporate mouthpieces promote it round the clock.

I read a bit of Goldberg's book just out of curiosity, and was truly blown away by the faulty reasoning, leaps of logic, and plain old poor research that was on display in just one small chapter. It's just very poorly done.
