LIASON actually made some sense, said that the President stepped out of his balancing act on Race and was actually PERSONAL AND VISCERAL over somebody that he knew personally, and that as the thing progressed improved the national discussion, and that she disagreed with the other two dinosaurs (above) about his shouldn't-have-butted-in-at-all, that it was natural and human that he did.

Juan WILLIAMS started with the obvious, that there IS, HAS been, and WILL be a problem between police and minority males. And he actually made the salient point, that THIS case was NOT a racial profiling case, that GATES ran after the cops and wouldn't stop. But then he capped it all with his saying that he himself is "always deferential" with cops--------like we couldn't guess from years of our seeing him VERBALLY LASHED by Brit HUME!1
