Or maybe it's just that I don't like the sound of his voice, but Chris is almost making me turn off the show.

He is often protrayed as a right wing tool but I'm not sure it's much of a stretch.

Blindly defending the actions of the cops on the Gates incident.

1. He IS pretty annoying regarding this issue

If someone tries to prevent a different view he yells at them saying that , "we weren't there" but he blindly believes that the officer was right to arrest Gates because Gates was mouthing off.

He also said that he had never heard of Prof. Gates before this.

Because he regularly comments on situations he wasn't there to experience.

4. He so pissed me off when hegot snippy with the man who said we live in a police state

"We do NOT live in a police state so stop saying that!" Yeah Chris, it's not as bad as some police states but when you have 6 year old girls being tasered (happened in FL), among other things, it's hard not to acknowledge that police power has gotten a little out of hand. And it's obvious that his lily-white ass has no clue what people who aren't white go through with the police.
