Sen. Feingold predicted tomorrow's Senate Judiciary Committee vote
The Senate Judiciary Committee will vote tomorrow, Tuesday, July 28, at 10:00 a.m. on the confirmation of Judge Sonia Sotomayor. What has not been common knowledge in this context is the surprisingly accurate prediction of tomorrows vote by Senator Feingold in September 29, 2005 (I add the details of what fulfilled his predictions):

"History has shown that control of the White House, and with it the power to shape the courts, never stays for too long with one party. When my party retakes the White House (Obama Jan, 2009), there may very well be a Democratic John Roberts nominated to the Court, a man or woman with outstanding qualifications (Judge Sotomayor), highly respected by virtually everyone in the legal community, and perhaps with a paper trail of political experience or service on the progressive side of the ideological spectrum (Puerto Rican Legal Defense). When that day comes, and it will, that will be the test for the Senate."

That day has come, tell your Senator to vote for Judge Sotomayor today.

3. Sounds like Feingold is still trying to justify his vote for Roberts
His conscience must give him a little twinge every time the Roberts court hands down a decision.

6. My mistake, It was his original justification for voting for Roberts.
Still, I hope it stings, every time Roberts opens his mouth.
