Apparently this McDonalds has worms coming up through the foundation where they are breeding like... well, like worms. And I thought those were grilled onions. <ugh> Can't wait to see if anyone posts that the worms were probably the closest thing to nutritional in there! lol

1. There's something wrong when a restaurant has to beg for help with a public safety issue

The fact that McDonalds didn't appear to address this from the beginning doesn't bode well for what they do with their restaurants, imho.
