Rush is hiding in the background not discussing this issue. He saw what happened last week to the "crazy" birther bunch and how even nuts like Ann Coulter came out against the birther BS, so he is now on newer topics. I don't listen to him, but that's what I read somewhere here this morning!

As long as Rush as the crowds on his side, he rants and raves, when the crowds change sides, his conservative buddies, he is nothing more than a chickenhawk! Lots of talk, but little action when the chips are down.

Rush rode the birther story for a good long while simply because the MSM largely ignored it. He was free to spew his one sided bullshit unfettered. However, after the MSM overwhelmingly put the story to rest for anyone with more than 2 synapses actively firing, the conservative news outlets that actually have to worry about their credibility at some level have been forced to admit it's all bullshit. Once outlets like the American Spectator, the WSJ, and others declare it's bullshit, Rush can only continue at his own peril.
