It's sickening how Blue dogs are joining forces with the Republicans on health care. Is is possible that they could join forces more permanently?

1. Yes, there are enough to prevent Democratic legislation from passing.

3. What I don't get is why (the rest of) our party should treat them better than Republicans.
I mean, I'm getting the impression that the Dogs are fishing for more gov't projects in their states, etc.?

Correct me if I'm wrong. But why does it SEEM like the TRUE BLUES are getting shafted at every turn?

4. Just as the GOP is making a mistake by being more Conservative
than their Constituents--any Blue Dogs may find themselves
without a job in the next election. Their Constituents may
just be beginning to see they send people to Congress who
do not represent their interests --instead they represent
Business Interest.

Here is a clue...Fox has stooped to what some can call race
baiting in the worst way. They have ramped up their attacks
on Obama. It is accepted fact that Fox supports the GOP and
therefore their framing of news will always reflect this.
Here is the clincher......Why is Fox doing these things.
You know the GOP mantra--This is a center right country.
That is a Mantra--and that is all it is.

I have seen several analysis reports explaining that when
you get down into the weeds of polls and decipher the internals.

There about 20-25% conservatives in the whole country.
Among conservatives who subscribe to the Hard RW --the Limbaugh
Beck and Hannity--the Tom DeLay version---this percentage
is only in the teens.

If someone can explain to me how 20 to 25% of the people
set the rules and laws for 75%, I will be forever grateful.

Nevermind ,I digress, IMO Fox has had to stoop to the lowest
levels because they know the Republican Party can go nowhere
without more votes. They have decided it is do or die taking
the low road to scare people, create friction between groups,
and classes. Divide, we conquer.

Why do Democrats lay down and roll over for 25% of the population???
