If the price of health care is a) reduced, and b) lifted off the backs of employers, small businesses will start popping up left and right, competing effectively with the giant corporations, hiring people, making money, feeding a broadening cycle of opportunities, increasing tax revenues.

Single payer heath care will largely pay for itself.
