One has to wonder how long before the sewage flowing from private property will be tested rather than the regional testing done in the research cited.

2. I had a whacky made up conspiracy theory years ago about drug testing

in urinal cakes at rest stops on highways with cameras in the auto-flusher sensors to take a picture of anyone testing positive. I made that up just for fun to see who might be whacky enough to believe it.
