Climate Denier attempts to block YouTube criticism

When, as part of my series, "Climate Denial Crock of the Week", I made a YouTube video parodying/criticizing climate denier Anthony Watts,
Watts attempted have the video removed from YouTube, in a tactic often used
by other groups such as Scientology, etc.


The whole action blew up in Watt's face when the internet erupted with ridicule of his action, and the
video has received thousands more hits and wider attention, similar to when Bill O'Reilly attempted to have
Al Franken's book removed from shelves. Another example of right wing intellectual thuggery.

11. There was a brochure shown that I think is Watts. Maybe that's what Watt's thinks is copyright

infringement. The brochure may be copyrighted and if it is I don't know if that is infrigement if someone else shows it on YouTube. Dunno.

13. Fair use statutes are pretty clear on this one

If someone publishes a book, fair use precedent offers a very wide latitude for
say, a reviewer to publish a picture of the cover, to quote from the
text, etc.
To do otherwise would allow writers to block any criticism of their work.
