Don Siegelman up on Hartmann
momentarily. I'm glad to hear this - time for an update on his case.

2. "Every time I'm on your show
we get this flood of e-mails that really boost my spirit." HURRAY!

Thom disappointed that Eric Holder and/or Congress hasn't taken this opportunity to take down Karl Rove.

3. Website
http://www.donsiegelman.com

Don: "I urge your listeners to get in touch with their Congressmen and urge them to continue the investigation of the abuse of power of the previous administration."

Thom: "During the 8 years of Bush administation, ....6 times as many Dems as Repubs were prosecuted....

Jeff Sessions pressuring Obama administration

Your case is the case that could blow up Karl Rove's career."

They're talking too fast for me to get it all - but this is the first time I've heard Sessions' name. Not surprising - whatta weasle.

4. I tried to rec this post
but it didn't show up. Unless someone unrec'd it at the same time.

As far as how many Dems were investigated under Bush, that was one of the reasons for the firing of US Attorney John McKay. He believes that his refusal to engage in political prosecutions lost him his job. Those firings have yet to be thoroughly investigated also.

This case is such a travesty of justice that if the Holder DOJ doesn't get involved, there really is no hope for this country ever restoring the rule of law.
