Letter to the Editor

I just sent it in, but they always print my letters, they have for decades.
(They don't even call to verify them. We are on first name basis :))
Needless to say Virginia Foxx lives here.

American Health Care Reform- a Partisan nightmare.

Though Leader Boehner insists a Plan is still in the works, there is no sign of it while the Republican quotes fly, showing real or feigned disapproval of Democratic efforts to enact health care reform.

Quote George W. Bush:
" I mean, people have access to Health Care in America, after all, you just go to an Emergency Room."

Quote Tom Delay:
"There are no Americans who don't have health care. Everybody in this country has access to health care. There are 47 million people without health insurance, but no American is denied health care.”

Quote Virginia Foxx this week with:
"The Republican Health Care Reform Plan (remember, there isn't one) makes sure we bring down the cost of health care for all Americans and that ensures affordable access for all Americans and is pro-life because it will not put seniors in a position of being put to death by their government."

She put out a fear-instilling misrepresentation of nothing, but the fear helps hide the empty falsehood. It is sinful to obstruct the efforts of the Democrats while hoping they will fail. Americans who are suffering and in need are losing out to a very un-christian way of trying to gain political advantage.

I read a question on the internet today concerning Virginia Foxx's comments:
"Where is she from exactly? Can we hope the people she represents are sufficiently embarrassed to know what to do in 2010?"

We know perfectly well where she is from, don't we?.
Do we know what to do and are we finally sufficiently shamed to do it?

3. Nice letter. She really IS a piece of work, isn't she?
It absolutely astounds me that someone like that can actually be elected. What are in the paint chips out there, anyway?
