How come my jalopy ain't considered a clunker (cash for clunkers) |
|
My 1996 Mazda Protege requires more work then it is worth. It won't pass NYS inspection.
Yet it is not considered worthy of cash..
But a 2000 Hummer would be considered a "clunker"..
wtf?

3. I have an F700 that is worth more then my car |
|
It would cost more to fix my car then the car is worth. It is the definition of a clunker.

7. The Protege was an efficient vehicle to start with.. |
|
I had one, it got close to thirty mpg.
The idea behind the program is to get gas guzzlers off the street I believe.
