2. It's Never This Clear Cut
where are choices for "sometimes" or "just to cover a mistake"
or "they can make a mistake like other humans" or "I have no clue
because I don't get to their read reports on a routine basis"?

3. Presumably so. They want to win in court and it is difficult to independently test the truth.
1. They are in control of the scene of the "crime." Anyone who steps in to observe is interfering or obstructing.

2. They are on the same team (i.e. them vs. us) and loyally corroborate each other. The wink-and-nod ethic is well entrenched, to ensure conviction and/or cover for misconduct.

4. I was stopped speeding, I was going 79 mph BECAUSE I set my cruise Control on the freeways at 79
Have been doing this for many many years on the same road, the speed limit is 70 - (I go 79 because someone told me long ago when I got my DL that up to 9 miles above the speed limit, you get a warning).

I have never gotten a speeding ticket in my life, I am 44.

Anyway, the pig writes my ticket for 97!!! I protested, he said he would take me to jail...My little 6 year old daughter sitting the back heard him and started screaming scared...etc. I have a Prius, a small ass car that runs on battery, I told him he can take the car and try himself to drive 97 because I would be too afraid to drive that fast in this car...ot any other car for that matter.

I am not black, but I have brown skin :)

I called later and spoke to his supervisor, I called to hire an attorney...etc. I called him to ask him to change it to 79. Bottom line, there was nothing I could do...I had to eat it! Fucking pisses me off still, I hate the mother fuckers, he either wanted to fuck me or he was dyslexic? Either way, he got away with it and I got punished to the max!

i told him, not a big deal, couldnt get in trouble. but he was just sure the cop was going to take me in

it matters

7. This from a prominent Chicago Cop Blog - Second City Cop

http://secondcitycop.blogspot.com/2006/09/problem-1-hiring.html
I got hired in the early 90's. After our first law class, an instructor walked in for the class right afterwords. He looked at all of us, pulled out his pen, and asked us what it was. A few replied in unison, "a pen". He looked at us like we just got caught screwing his underaged niece, shook his head and said something that I will never forget: "It's probable cause...."
