is there any organized group that is demanding that the morans who are our servants who are keeping this birther nonsense alive, with OUR money, be removed as unfit?
if not, why not? and where do we start?

2. They all took an oath "to support and defend the Constitution"

Either they believe the President is legitimate or they don't. As I read their oath, it requires them to act if they don't believe he is legitimately President. I don't know what "act" specifically means in this case, but maybe something like sponsoring a bill declaring him not the President?
